For the past 38 years I have been working to transform Philadelphia's residential & commercial landscape through the power of my hands.  At the age of 23, I graduated college and spent one year working for a home builder in Ocean City, N.J. learning new construction techniques.  I started out as the gofer digging the sand foundation by hand and finished as the carpentry foreman where we built a multi-million dollar ocean front residence.

Returning home, "Mom's house" was my first total renovation/restoration (Total Gut Job) project where I learned Philly row-home building skills.  Since then, I have continued to live and work as a builder in Fairmount with my wife and three children and have successfully completed  many hundreds of projects of every shape and size.

To this day I am still amazed at how one can create something special out of nothing and remain curious about new creative building methods.

Should you ever need a hand, please feel free to contact me for your next do-it yourself project or to review your own pre/active/near-complete project.

I look forward to getting to know you and your next project!
